West Virginia was built by workers who stood together. When workers have the power to organize and bargain collectively, communities are stronger, and wages are higher. I’m proud to be a part of a union, and I was proud to participate in the 2018 Teacher Strike. Everyone deserves the ability to collectively bargain for better safety and wages.
Too many workers are facing stagnant wages, unsafe working conditions, and weakened labor protections. Policies that undermine unions and collective bargaining threaten the economic stability of working families.
